Florence Pugh's off-duty style is just as iconic as her red carpet fashion, here's why

Florence Pugh is a name we can literally always rely on to serve major looks for major events.

From daring ensembles that boast see through skirts, leg baring minis and major side boob action, to dramatic ‘rich widow’ capes in the form of Rodarte, art deco Louis Vuitton gowns and crop top ensembles that channel major power suit energy. She really has done it all.

The 27-year-old actress has cemented her place as a red carpet style guru (and runway muse thanks to her opening monologue for Harris Reed at London Fashion Week), but today she proved exactly why her off-duty sartorial agenda needs just as much commendation.

Florence headed to Good Morning America on March 22

The Little Women star appeared on Good Morning America on March 22 in a more demure ensemble in comparison to her usual dramatic attire. It was only this month that we questioned whether Florence was single-handedly responsible for levelling up the ‘revenge dress' to ‘revenge separates’ and once again the style muse has unofficially given us a new sartorial category: elevated indie sleaze.

As always, Pugh is bang on trend with her look, as Depop predicted grunge sleaze as one of 2023’s biggest fashion trend, but her cool-girl accessories made this look go from street, to chic.

She nailed the elevated off-duty cool look

She wore a grey, black and orange tie dye dress with cut outs (another supermodel-approved trend added into the mix), that schooled us on a new way to wear colour blocking.

Pugh paired the dress with washed grey Dr Martens and layered with a jacket that combined two of the biggest trends of the moment: bomber and biker. She scrunched the sleeves up from the elbow to show a pop of colour from her dress cuffs, nonchalantly making her look even more stylish.

Rectangular sunglasses perfectly elevated the attire, pairing with her short, blonde, neatly curled coiffure.

On her appearance on Good Morning America Pugh discusses starring alongside Morgan Freeman in her latest movie A Good Person, which is released on March 24.

We’ll never get tired of Florence’s show stopping style.
