Featuring Oscar winner Reese Witherspoon and Ashton Kutcher as one-time lovers turned best pals Debbie and Peter, the story puts them in a Holiday-esque situation as they swap lives for a week.
They happen to be polar opposites in terms of lifestyle, with LA-based Debbie craving routine and Peter thriving on the colossal zippiness of New York City. Yet upon their switcheroo – suggested by Kutcher's character – it becomes clear that what they think they need might be not be what they truly want.
Grey's Anatomy star Jesse Williams is Theo, the handsome thorn in Peter's side who comes into Debbie's life while out at a bar – threatening to crush any chance of Peter realising his dream of being with Debbie.
As seen in the trailer footage, Witherspoon's character, who describes her love life as a "ghost town", is embarrassingly blown away by Theo's interest.
Meanwhile, Army of the Dead's Tig Notaro plays Alicia, Senior Year's Zoë Chao is Minka, The White Lotus favourite Steve Zahn is Zen, while Crazy Ex-Girlfriend's Rachel Bloom and She-Hulk: Attorney at Law's Griffin Matthews also star.
Netflix rom-coms aren't the only thing Witherspoon is involved in right now, as just last month it was confirmed that she will lead a half-hour comedy series from Aline Brosh McKenna, the writer behind The Devil Wears Prada.
Loosely inspired by a real story, All Stars follows Witherspoon's Daytona Beach cheerleader conning her way across to England to teach cheerleading at a school.
Your Place or Mine premieres on Netflix on Friday, February 10.
