Festive cranberry and brie sausage rolls recipe. Ingredients: Sausages - 2 packs of 8 Puff pastry pre-rolled - 2 packs Brie - 2 (if small) Cranberry sauce Egg for egg wash Salt & pepper Instructions: Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Roll out the pre-rolled pastry and cut horizontally Brush the base of the pastry with cranberry sauce Remove the skins from the sausages, place in the middle of the pastry that has been cut Lay the sliced brie on top of the sausages Fold over the pastry to make one long roll and seal with a fork Cut the sausage roll into pieces and egg wash. Chill the sausage rolls in the fridge for 15-20 minutes and preheat the oven to 200 degrees Brush with the egg wash and then score diagonal cuts into the top of the pastry, making sure not to cut all the way through to the sausage meat. Bake the sausage rolls for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is well risen and golden.
