Fans share their joy at Stacey Solomon’s Christmas craft show

With just a few days left until Christmas, Stacey Solomon brought us the perfect programme to cuddle up with, inspiring viewers with simple and beautiful makes in her new craft programme Stacey Solomon’s Crafty Christmas.

The hour-long special aired on BBC One this Thursday (14 December), and saw the host team up with her Sort Your Life Out co-star Dilly Carter as well as members of her family and husband Joe Swash to treat viewers to a gorgeous selection of festive crafts and creative ideas.

The makes featured on the show included a Christmas pudding wreath made out of a swimming noodle, Christmas nutcrackers made from old crisp tubes and sweet Christmas lantern night lights.

Stacey even invited her 94-year-old grandma into her crafting barn, to help make festive table decorations with foliage foraged in her garden. Sharing a photo with her grandma on Instagram, Stacey wrote: "These Picture Will Forever Hold A huge Place In My Heart. Seeing my grandma smile this big is a memory I’ll treasure forever".

She continued: "I hope you all love Crafty Christmas tonight. I can’t believe I got to do another show this year & I got to craft with my Grandma this time".

Fans were quick to share how heartwarming they found the scenes with Stacey and her grandma. @rebeccasglamhome commented on Instagram: "How lovely you got to film this with your nan definitely something to treasure", while @greekgleam commented: "Your Grandma is so adorable, that smile will light up any room. The craft-loving star spread buckets of Christmas cheer, with fans expressing their joy with her creations after watching the show.

Many wanted to see more of Stacey's craft ideas on TV, with @mandyhadleyx commenting: "your craft programme is so inspiring I wish it was a regular show.. we all need this goodness in our lives".
