How can I get free delivery at ESPA?
You can select from a few options to get free delivery with your ESPA order. If you’re okay with click and collect, delivery is free on orders over £30. Otherwise, you can get free home delivery on orders of over £80 or next-day delivery on orders over £100.
Does ESPA have an NHS discount code?
Yes, ESPA has 30% off everything and an extra 12% off. You will need to log into GoCertify to verify your work status and get your code. You can also shop the ‘NHS Benefits’ page which has over 160 items with NHS discounts. These include bestelling shower gels, diffusers, and moisturisers.
When can I shop the ESPA sales?
ESPA has a dedicated ‘Outlet’ page on its website all year with previous discounts of up to 60% off. You can also shop key sales dates such as Black Friday and Cyber Weekend, and Spring, Summer, and Winter Sales. Check our page for the latest sales updates or sign up for the newsletter.
Can I get a gift set discount or on sale?
Depending on availability, you can usually find discounted gift sets on the ‘Gifting’ page at ESPA. We’ve seen 30% off the Bergamot and Jasmine 200ml Bundle and 15% off selected candle gift sets.
What is the returns policy at ESPA?
You can return your order from ESPA by cancelling it within 14 days of placing your order. You should notify ESPA through your account or by mail of your intent to cancel. Your items should be returned unopened, in their original condition, and with all retail sales intact.

Free samples: Who doesn’t love a free beauty sample? ESPA offers two free samples on orders of a selected total (usually £80). These samples have included bestselling products such as the Tri-Active Regenerating Moisture Complex, Isotonic Hydration Mask, and Fruit Water Cleansing Gel. Selected orders also qualify for free gifts.
Newsletter discounts: Sign up for the ESPA newsletter to be kept updated on the latest skincare savings and exclusive offers. If you create an account, you can also sign up for ESPA Lounge. This is a loyalty program that allows you to gain points on your orders. You can then pay these points towards future purchases.
Refer a friend: Do you know someone who loves skincare and beauty? When you refer a friend to ESPA, they’ll get £10 off their first order of £60 or more. Once they’ve placed an order, you’ll also be sent £10 off discount code on your next ESPA order.
Keyworker discount: Any keyworker can get a 30% off discount plus an extra 12% off. To qualify as a keyworker, you will need to be in the military, police, fire services, care and social, supermarkets, transport services, a teacher, or charity worker. Simply confirm your work via GoCertify to access your unique ESPA coupon.
How to use your ESPA discount code
Choose the ESPA discount code you’d like to use and click ‘Get Code’.
Go to the ESPA website and start shopping.
Once you’ve added your items to your basket, click the basket icon in the top right corner.
Scroll to the ‘Got a discount code? Enter it here’ field.
Copy and paste your ESPA discount code into this box then click ‘Add’.
Watch your discount be added to your total.
How do we source voucher codes and deals?
We have an expert deals team who dedicate their working hours to finding discount codes, sales, and other great offers to help you save money. They work with affiliate networks and search the web high and low for the best deals around. Once they’ve tested the codes, they add the offers to the brand page for you to redeem.

What if my promo code doesn’t work?
We manually test our codes regularly and include all terms and conditions to help prevent listing codes that don’t work. However, although our promo codes are tested regularly, sometimes a code will expire or the offer details will change without our knowledge. How do we make money?
