Erm, is Megan Thee Stallion going to be in the next season of Stranger Things?
Music artists are no strangers to the occasional surprise pop up in our favourite TV shows, remember Ed Sheeran in Game of Thrones? And Taylor Swift in New Girl? Well, now it looks like we could be adding Megan Thee Stallion to that list, as she has teased an appearance in Netflix's Stranger Things.
Yep that's right, at the end of last week (7th October) Megan posted a Halloween themed picture dump on her Instagram. Amongst the outfit pics and nail shots, Megan casually threw in two pictures that could indicate she's joining the Stranger Things cast.
Megan shared one image of herself holding a Stranger Things logo cue card in front of a green screen and another of herself in a Netflix director's chair in front of a lit up mirror.
Fans are obsessed with a potential Megan appearance in Stranger Things and many commented on her post asking if she was going to be in the show.
One person asked: "What are you doing in Hawkins?" and another asked: "What is this Megan? What is going on?"
So far, neither Megan nor Netflix have confirmed if she will be appearing in the fifth and final season, which is currently in production. So why is Megan there? Well she could be the host of some sort of talk show to celebrate the past or future series, or she really could be joining the cast.
Megan is massive fan of Stranger Things, in fact she's gone so far as to call herself the "number one" fan. During her time co-hosting The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon she interviewed Natalie Dyer, who plays Nancy on Stranger Things, about her character's relationship in the show.
She made it very clear she is team Stancy and asked Natalie why Nancy flirts with Steve.
Natalie replied: "You got to have options, I guess."
Megan also asked Natalie if Netflix could bring Barb back, which Natalie said was above her pay grade.
She really is the number one fan then. Here's hoping she makes an appearance in the next season.
