‘Carnevale Di Natale’ is inspired by traditional Italian Christmas festivities, drawing from the vibrant colours, joyful music, and rich culinary heritage of Italy. The Carnivale experience aims to immerse guests in authentic Italian traditions, through delicious food, joyous moments, and memorable gatherings, with a focus on togetherness.

Renowned for their fresh produce sourced from the best producers in Italy and the UK, the new festive menus showcase some of San Carlo’s best plates. Guests can indulge in San Carlo’s exquisite Christmas Fayre Lunch & Dinner menu, priced at £46.95 per person, when booking a table for six people and over.

A fantastic option for a Christmas get-together with friends and colleagues, the Christmas Fayer menu features a delectable selection of Antipasti, including Gamberoni Luciana (king prawns in garlic and chilli sauce), Mozzarella in Carrozza (fried mozzarella in bread with a basil and tomato sauce), and Burrata e Pomodoro (burrata from Corato in Puglia served with marinated beef tomato carpaccio and fresh basil). For the main course, diners can choose from seven dishes including Branzino (pan-fried sea bass) or Tacchino con Ripieno di Castagne (turkey with chestnut stuffing). All mains are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables and rosemary potatoes. To finish, indulge in desserts such as the Panettone Bread and Butter Pudding, Ferrero Rocher Cake, Panna Cotta, or Tiramisu, served with tea or coffee.

For those looking for the ultimate relaxation this Christmas, San Carlo’s Christmas Day Festive Lunch is not to be missed. A choice of seven Antipasti dishes will be served on the day, including Avocado Bernardo (avocado with lobster, scampi and prawns with Marie Rose sauce), Crostone Funghi and Tartufo (toasted Altamura bread with mushrooms, garlic, truffle and Grana Padano shavings) and the Carpaccio di Manzo (thinly sliced filet of beef with mustard dressing, Grana Padano cheese and rocket salad). Antipasti is followed by a Champagne Sorbet to cleanse the pallet.

For the main course, diners can choose from dishes such as Scaloppine Signor Sassi (veal cooked in cream, brandy, mustard seeds and mushrooms), Salmone Prosecco e Gamberetti (pan-fried salmon cooked with Norwegian prawns and Prosecco sauce), Tournedo Rossini (classic filet of beef cooked in Madeira wine sauce topped with chicken liver pâté and fresh truffle) or for those looking for something more traditional, the Tacchino con Ripieno di Castagne (turkey with chestnut stuffing, chipolatas wrapped in pancetta, served with Italian jus). All of the mains are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables & rosemary potatoes.

To finish, indulge in desserts such as the Panettone Bread and Butter Pudding served with limoncello and homemade vanilla ice cream, Torta Pistacchio (Sicilian pistachio cake), Meringata alle Fragole (meringue cake with Strawberries) or Pere Al Chianti (chianti poached pears with hazelnut ice cream). Complementing the festive menus, toast to the spirit of the season with a festive cocktail “Il Carnivale” - a creamy blend of Bacardi Coconut, Funkin Lime, and Real Coconut Cream—perfectly capturing the warmth and indulgence of the holidays.

The Christmas Day Festive Lunch can be booked for £89.95 per person, with children under 12 half price. Vegan and Vegetarian options are also available.
