Emma Roberts and Taraji P. Henson wear matching outfits for Valentino's virtual show
Stars including Emma Roberts and Taraji P. Henson wore matching looks as they attended the virtual Valentino runway show on Thursday.
Actresses Zoey Deutch and Mj Rodriguez, along with writer and TV host Janet Mock, were also on the virtual front row for the fashion house’s fall/winter 2021 couture presentation, with each star dressed in co-ordinated white Valentino Uomo button-up shirts, paired with different versions of Alcove pumps and Garavani Alcove Top Handle Box bags.
To show their support for the luxury label, the famous faces also shared photos on social media of themselves posing in the matching outfit, along with their signature.
Emma teamed her white shirt with black studded heels and a leopard print version of the bag, while Taraji looked stunning in her ensemble which featured white pumps, a black studded belt around her shirt and a matching black studded bag.
The collection was presented in front of a small audience in Venice, Italy, and streamed live online so fashion fans could tune in from home.
“One the most challenging aspects of my work during these unprecedented times was the reprogramming of some of my recurrent thoughts, which of course included the concept and the place for my couture shows,” Valentino’s creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli told WWD before the show. “The current ‘travel with your fantasy’ mode we are in pushed me to dream harder and bigger.”
