EastEnders' Tamzin Outhwaite, 53, looks incredible in swimsuit after split from Tom Childs
Tamzin Outhwaite has been living it up on a girls' wellness trip to Qatar, and she's been sharing all the details with her Instagram followers. The EastEnders star, 53, looked sensational as she posed in a plunging swimsuit while catching some rays. In another snap, Tamzin switched into a black zip-up swimsuit for a refreshing sea dip. The actress has been enjoying some much-needed me-time following her split from Tom Childs, indulging in floating meditation, massages and spa days with a pal. Captioning her post, Tamzin wrote: “Kicking off my birthday celebrations with a retreat…. Had the best few days at Zulal Wellness Resort.”
She continued: “My longest serving bestie @lucyalexandertv (38 years of friendship) has always been dubious about my love of retreats, but I have converted her! We laughed, cried, ate our way through many exquisite menus & learned a lot! I can honestly say I had the best massages, I tried floating meditation, Lucy had her tastebuds replaced and however tree hugging , w**** , this sounds… I feel more connected to the earth and myself. Lucy didn’t consume any Percy Pigs or wine, and I fell a little bit more in love with her every day…What a treat to have had that time together in the most peaceful, nurturing, loving setting. That spa is not bad either!”
The girls' getaway comes after Tamzin recently revealed the idea of dating again “fills her with horror”. Speaking on the Suddenly Single podcast, she shared that she's been single for a few months and is currently focusing on herself.

Following the end of her relationship with Tom and the breakdown of her marriage ten years earlier, opened up on how she feels it's time to explore life as a single woman. The TV presenter confirmed last month that she had parted ways with Tom, 33, after six years together.
They first met at a yoga class in 2017 but decided to call it quits earlier this summer. Before this, she was married to Miranda star Tom Ellis.
Tamzin confessed to podcast hosts Tim Vincent and Siobhan Wykes that she's apprehensive about starting to date again. She said: “I've been single for a few months and I think I've owed it to myself to be single for a long time. I'm in a relationship with myself and my children, and my ex who I was with for six and a half years is still a very close friend." She added: "The idea of going on a date fills me with horror.
“The awkwardness of it all. Even if someone said Brad Pitt is coming over and really wants to take you out, I'd still be like, no. For now, she would much rather focus on herself and isn't interested in sharing her life with anyone else.”
