EastEnders' Amy Mitchell to have a breakdown after Denise discovery

Amy Mitchell is set to have a breakdown after learning about stepmother Denise Fox's affair on EastEnders.
New scenes airing on the soap will see Denise learn that Amy knows about her infidelity, with the teen lashing out at Denise after drinking to dull the pain of her crumbling family.
This leads to Denise realising she has to come clean to husband Jack Branning, though he doesn't buy her attempt to downplay her affair with Ravi Gulati, and charges into the square to have it out with Ravi as all hell breaks loose.

Ravi also rushes to see Chelsea after realising she now knows he's been lying about his fling with her mother, though she tells him she wants nothing to do with him.
In new scenes set to air next week, Lily receives a concerning call from Amy and frantically bashes on the door of No 27. This alerts Jack, who then finds a distraught Amy.
Concerned about her welfare, Jack demands to know if she has hurt herself, though calls Denise after realising he's gone too far.
Once she arrives, Denise, Jack and Amy have a heart-to-heart over the situation, convincing Amy that she isn't to blame.

Meanwhile, Denise star Diane Parish recently opened up about her character's fear of Ravi amid the dramatic storyline.
"Ravi is a malignant narcissist and he's very good at seduction at the beginning – reeling you in, showering you with love, affection, romance and doing all these gestures for it to all go wrong later on," she said.
