Eamonn Holmes shares pic with wife Ruth Langsford following relationship 'split' worries
Eamonn Holmes has taken to Instagram to share a snap with his wife Ruth Langsford, appearing to dismiss rumours of a potential split.
The GB News presenter had previously sparked speculation about the state of his relationship after telling his followers he had "loads to think about".
However, it seems Eamonn, 64, is keen to show unity with Ruth, 64. Eamonn shared a picture of the pair on his Instagram account, which boasts 796,000 followers.
The photo was originally posted by Entertainment Press Photographer Brett Cove, who had featured the former This Morning duo on his story.
The caption read: "MEMORIES 10 May 2018. The best in the business... @ruthlangsford @eamonnholmes."
This marks the first time in a while that Eamonn has posted a picture with Loose Women host Ruth, which had previously raised eyebrows among their fans.
The couple hadn't been seen together for several months, leading to speculation, reports the Express.
Rumours were further fuelled by one of Eamonn's recent posts, featuring the Irish star in a thoughtful pose with his head resting on his hands. He captioned the black-and-white picture: "A lot to think about ..... one of those days."
Just days before, fans also questioned Ruth's absence from Eamonn's latest family picture.
On the Sunday before last, the broadcaster proudly shared a picture of his son Declan, daughter-in-law Jenny and their two daughters Emilia and Isabella from the latter's christening earlier this week.
The post sparked curiosity among followers, with one asking, "Where is your wife Eamonn Holmes? "
Many fans speculated that Ruth might have been at the family gathering but just not captured in the photo with Eamonn.
Now, it looks like Eamonn is quashing any whispers of a split with his latest update on social media.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2010, were co-hosts on ITV's This Morning from 2006 to 2021.
Eamonn has been dealing with health issues for several years and in 2016, he underwent a double hip replacement operation to alleviate pain in his legs and hips that he had been secretly suffering from for many years.
The former This Morning presenter has been struggling with chronic pain for the past few years.
After hospital visits in 2021, Eamonn found out that his pain was due to a dislocated pelvis and a trapped sciatic nerve.
