Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson welcomed a newborn baby girl with an incredibly sweet photo of the pair snuggling.

On Monday, the actor and former wrestler Instagrammed a photo of his daughter, whom he shares with girlfriend Lauren Hashian. “Skin to skin. Our mana. Blessed and proud to bring another strong girl into this world,” the actor wrote in a post that captured more than 1 million likes within 20 minutes. “Tiana Gia Johnson came into this world like a force of nature and Mama @laurenhashianofficial labored and delivered like a true rockstar.”

He continued with a shout-out to womenkind. “I was raised and surrounded by strong, loving women all my life, but after participating in baby Tia’s delivery, it’s hard to express the new level of love, respect and admiration I have for @laurenhashianofficial and all mamas and women out there.”

“Word to the wise gentlemen, it’s critical to be by your lady’s head when she’s delivering, being as supportive as you can.. holding hands, holding legs, whatever you can do. But, if you really want to understand the single most powerful and primal moment life will ever offer — watch your child being born. It’s a life changer and the respect and admiration you have for a woman will forever be boundless.”

The Rampage star also referenced his 2-year-old daughter Jasmine Lia, with whom he shares with Hashian, and his 16-year-old daughter Simone with ex Dany Garcia. “And to my third and youngest daughter, Tiana Gia — like I did when your two older sisters Simone Alexandra and Jasmine Lia were born, you have my word, I’ll love, protect, guide and make ya laugh for the rest of my life.”

He continued, “Your crazy dad has many responsibilities and wears many hats in this big ol’ world but being your dad will always be the one I’m most proud to wear. Oh and one more thing…you’re gonna love rollin’ in daddy’s pick up truck.”

In the image, Johnson is shirtless, engaging in skin-to-skin contact, in which a parent holds a nαked newborn close to his or her body, so that both skins touch. The bonding ritual, which is encouraged shortly after birth and beyond, has been scientifically proven to boost breastfeeding rates, promote brain function in premature babies, regulate babies’ body temperature, reduce infant stress and improve sleep, and even help prevent postpartum depression.

The Rock is clearly comfortable in a female squad, as he outlined in a December baby announcement. “And once again, big daddy is completely surrounded by beautiful estrogen and loving, powerful female mana,” he wrote on Instagram. “All girls. One dude. And a boy dog. I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

Earlier this year, The Rock made sure that Jasmine Lia knew that March 8th was International Women’s Day, sharing an Instagram video of him saying, “Alright, my queen. Can you say girl power? International Women’s Day?” He captioned the post, “Girl power. To every woman out there ‘round the world – all ages and races — I proudly stand by your side to always honor, protect and respect. Especially, the loves of my life at home…”

And the actor, who recently went viral for sharing his past battle with depression, delivered the sweetest turn-down to Minnesota teen Katie Kelzenberg who asked him to prom in a viral video. Last week, in a recorded response, the Rock said, “…I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for inviting me to your prom. Unfortunately, I can’t make it that weekend…I just want to take a moment to let you know how awesome I think you are.” But The Rock didn’t stop there — he rented out a movie theater for Kelzenberg and her friends to view his new film Rampage.
