The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's baby is finally here, and the messages of congratulations are coming thick and fast.

While we're yet to see the first photos of the new arrival, Prince Harry gave a brief TV interview following the baby's birth, in which he said: "I'm so incredibly proud of my wife."

Here, a look at Meghan's close friends and former co-stars who have been publicly reacting to the royal baby news:

Patrick J. Adams

Meghan's former on-screen Suits love interest, Patrick J. Adams, took to Twitter to write: "Just heard that the world just got heavier by 7 pounds and 3 ounces. Much love to him and his incredible parents. Learned first hand 7 months ago how transformational becoming a parent is and couldn’t be happier for Meghan and Harry as they begin this adventure. #playdatesoon"

Gabriel Macht

Another Suits co-star shared a sweet message for the first-time parents on Twitter. "To the Duke and to the Duchess... Congratulations on your healthy baby boy!" he wrote. "So happy for all three of you to share in the delight of life. Many blessings to you, Meghan and Harry, and to your extended families. Enjoy this extremely intimate time together." Macht, like Adams and other Suits stars, was present at Harry and Meghan's royal wedding last year.

The cast of Suits
