The Duchess of Cambridge recycles Sportmax coat for Roe Green Primary School visit
This morning, the Duchess of Cambridge paid a visit to Roe Green Primary School to launch charity Heads Together‘s latest mental health initiative.
The royal met with teachers to discuss the new venture, which is designed to give staff members tips and ideas in helping pupils maintain a happy and healthy wellbeing.
Roe Green Primary in north-west London is the first to launch the Mentally Healthy Schools scheme which specialises in encouraging teachers and children to discuss everything from bereavement to anxiety.
And on the momentous visit, the Duchess of Cambridge gave a whole new meaning to January blues, as she recycled her go-to maternity coat by Sportmax.
Kate first donned the pastel number while pregnant with Princess Charlotte back in 2015 on a trip to Emma Bridgewater factory in Staffordshire.
But her thrifty aesthetic comes as no surprise, as the 37-year-old is a firm fan of the Max Mara line and owns a handful of the brand’s coats.
Remember the emerald-hued look she donned on several royal engagements?
And to accessorise the all-blue outfit, the Duchess of Cambridge donned a pair of co-ordinating Rupert Sanderson suede courts, G. Collins tanzanite earrings and a Matisse-inspired scarf by Beulah London (FYI, it’s available to pre-order).
Her latest royal engagement comes after news that the 37-year-old is reportedly considering a home birth for her third child.
