Dua Lipa shows her rock-hard abs in a teeny string bikini 🔥

Dua Lipa celebrated a friend's birthday this week with an Instagram series that revealed her ultra-defined core in a teeny, tiny checkered knit bikini with a matching skirt.

Being the style icon that she is, no one was surprised by the unique material of her swimsuit or how well she pulled it off.

'I love your style,' said one follower, while another very enthusiastic fan commented, '🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥,' on the birthday post. Some things are just better described in emojis!

The "Levitating" singer is dedicated to her fitness routine. She works out early in the morning to keep her motivated throughout the rest of the day and to give her more time to do the things she loves—like singing.

'Getting physical really starts my day off right,' she told Refinery29.

Typically this means she'll get active via Zoom with a class led by her friend Ella Jenkin. The 8:30 a.m. Sculpt By Ella workout is rumoured to be her fave, according to Cosmopolitan.

Now and then, Dua wants an extra push. So she invites her best friend Bunny over to train when she's 'feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated,' she told Refinery29.

If she's running short on time, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is the way to go for this celeb.

'I love doing something that’s really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day,' she told Viva Magazine. 'If I’ve got a really early call time, I don’t want to be waking up hours before I need to go and do a workout.' So, short HIIT workouts allow her to knock out a quick sweat sesh before starting her busy day.

As you can tell by her fabulous 'fits, Dua's core is quite literally always sizzling. It's strong AF!

A variation of bicycle crunches, leg raises, and planks keep her strong. 'Planks are good,' she told Viva, 'although almost certainly my least favourite!' I feel you, Dua.

Before her workouts, she fuels up with cashew butter and a banana. As for the rest of her diet, Dua tries to eat whole foods whenever possible.

She enjoys eggs or fruit for breakfast, chicken salad with veggies for lunch, and fish with a salad for dinner, according to Health Yogi. For dessert, she munches on something sweet.
