Dua Lipa performed in a bra and her abs are *so* defined
The 2022 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball is a massive event in NYC every year so, naturally, Dua Lipa was invited to hit the stage and perform. Dua dropped some videos and photos from her appearance on Instagram and they're ~everything~.
The 27-year-old pop star worked a stunning bra top with matching pants that perfectly highlighted her strong core. In the videos, you can catch Dua dancing onstage while showing off those sculpted abs, Dua belting out a song, and Dua getting her groove on, all while showing everyone how super strong she is.
'Ending the year just right with you @iheartradio 🤍❄️,' she wrote in the caption. And yes, it's been a big year for Dua (and not just because she's now rumoured to be dating the one and only Jack Harlow), so people cheered her on in the comments. 'Love you queen,' one wrote, while another simply said, 'Damn.... .'
Dua was apparently feeling herself in the look as she should, because she shared even more photos of her ‘fit on Instagram.
This is hardly Dua’s only core-baring moment lately. She also worked a tie-front sweater for Jingle Ball LA that showcased those toned abs again.
Of course, Dua puts in a lot of work to get so strong. For starters, she’s a talented yogi. The singer has dropped a slew of videos and pics of herself completely crushing complicated poses, including this impressive crow pose-to-headstand that she did in front of some gorgeous scenery:
She also just really loves exercising. Dua previously told Viva that she tries to 'work out as much as I can,' and she prefers to get her workouts in first thing in the AM. Because, as Dua told Refinery29, 'getting physical really starts my day off right.'
It’s not ~just~ yoga Dua is into, though. She also does a solid mix of Pilates, strength training, and HIIT workouts. She’s been working with trainer Sora Connor for the past three years, and Connor recently shared a little insight into their workouts with Women’s Health.
'We always work the entire body,' Connor shared. 'Sometimes it's more core-focused, other times its glutes. The main objective is to work the muscles so that they become strong and toned but the focus is on creating a long, lean line.'
Mission accomplished!
