Scarlett crafted the sleek, tucked-behind-the-ears look using Nexxus products to get that shiny, smooth, and effortless vibe we all obsess over. “We were inspired by Hailey’s extremely feminine gown and wanted to compliment it with very modern sculpted waves,” Scarlett said.
He started on Hailey’s damp hair, applying Nexxus Medium Hold Mousse at the roots for added volume and Nexxus Heat Defense Spray from mid-shaft to ends. Once styled with a curling iron, he added the Nexxus Lightweight Hair Oil to the ends for nourishment and extra shine.
