The warmer months are here, which means more time spent Out East—right? That might not be the case for Drew Barrymore, as the actress has just listed her Hamptons residence for a cool $8.4 million.

According to reports, the talk show host first purchased the home in 2019 for $5.5 million. She then remodeled the property, which was originally a barn dating back to the 1920s. Today, the interiors shine with a more contemporary style, from the soaring ceilings and white walls in the light-filled kitchen to a pastel pink sitting area—the latter complete with its own wall-mounted cow skull.

The home covers 6,850 square feet in total; has six bedrooms and seven full bathrooms; and sits on 1.7 acres of land. Like any good Hamptons home, it seamlessly blends indoors and out, with glass doors, oversized windows, and both a roof deck and an outdoor dining area.

Naturally, a pool is also part of the deal, as should be the case with any East End digs. A bocce court is also included for those more in touch with their sporty side.

The listing likely signals Barrymore’s move toward living in her New York City apartment on a more full-time basis, given the popularity of The Drew Barrymore Show, which films in Manhattan. Her city digs have garnered attention online already, not for the extravagant decor, but for how “normal” it looks. Video snippets of the residence have appeared on Barrymore’s TikTok, and it features surprisingly no-frills furniture.

Over the years, Barrymore has even carved out a home decor niche for herself, launching her Beautiful lifestyle line, and inviting interiors experts onto her talk show–including ELLE DECOR’s very own editor in chief, Asad Syrkett.

Will her interiors savvy net the actress a sale? Only time will tell.
