Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz.

    aged rum

  • 1 1/2 oz.

    espresso (or cold brew concentrate)

  • 1/2 oz.

    crème de cacao

  • 1/2 oz.

    coffee liqueur

  • 1/4 oz.

    maple syrup

  • 3

    dashes chocolate bitters

  • Cacao powder, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine aged rum, espresso, crème de cacao, coffee liqueur, maple syrup, chocolate bitters, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled, 10 to15 seconds. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with cocoa powder.
