Did Irina Shayk just debut the "It" bag of the season?
Only Irina Shayk could make dog ownership look so chic.
The model was spotted walking around New York City on Friday, bringing along her assistant and her teeny tiny pooch, Peanut. Shayk layered up in a massive puffer, looking appropriately dressed for the weather (but not the occasion).
Rather than opt for a convenient pair of slippers or trainers, she slipped into a pair of knee-high leather Tabi boots—turning her everyday errand into a glamorous runway.
Aside from the hooved (and heeled) Maison Margiela boots, not much else was visible from underneath Shayk’s oversized jacket. She sensibly bundled up in a duvet-style puffer from Norma Kamali, coordinating the coat with sleek black sunglasses.
A black hoodie peeked out from below the jacket’s downy layers, and the model kept her hands warm with a pair of matching fingerless gloves. Meanwhile, Peanut carried his own look with a black studded leash and a reflective silver puffer.
Shayk—who shares the Yorkshire Terrier with her ex Bradley Cooper—is no stranger to glamming up her dog-walking route (and clearly, neither is Peanut). While the model can regularly be seen strutting in her cloven boots, she carried another statement-making accessory this time around: Her daughter’s fluffy bunny bag. The playful design served as the perfect antonym to Shayk’s monochromatic outfit, offering a softer side to her all-black look.
Whether you're drawn to the Rick Owens-esque attitude of Shayk's ensemble, or want to embrace the softer side of her look, you can shop her Norma Kamali oversized puffer jacket, opt for her statement knee-high Tabi boots, and even add her soft rabbit tote bag to your winter wardrobe.
