There's quite literally nothing that Demi Moore can't rock, but her new Instagram photo takes summer chic to a whole new level. Demi showed off her super strong core and ultra-defined legs while wearing a firework-printed bikini as she announced the launch of her swimwear line.

The 59-year-old actress called the Demi x Andie collab, 'an exclusive collection of glamorous, vintage-inspired swimwear.' In her IG caption. She is modelling the Monaco top and bottom while lounging poolside.

People were super excited about the high-waisted bottoms: 'Finally some vintage swimwear with a high waist I love it❤️,' a fan said. 'Can I get one of everything? Obsessed!!,' another wrote, 'Jeesh you look amazing 🙌🙌👏👏,' a third commented.

The Ghost actress has been embracing her natural, strong figure. While filming G.I. Jane, Demi trained with Navy SEALs, even heading out on their 5 a.m. runs, painful blisters and all, ET Canada reported.

During filming, Demi said that 'all I could think about was my body, my body, my body,' per her memoir, Inside Out. 'When I got home to Idaho, I had an epiphany in the shower one day: I just need to be my natural size.'

These days, Demi prioritises activities that keep her fit while having fun. After a break, Demi started working out again by rekindling her love of dance, Celeb Well reported. She danced as a child and in some movie roles, so picking it back up was a no-brainer!

Just like the rest of us, Demi started at level one, with a 15-minute dance cardio routine, as evidenced by her Instagram.

And although Demi hasn't shared a ton more about her exact fitness routine, she seems to be a big boxer by the looks of things.

She also shared some of her moves while working out with The Mirror.

Love the suit, Demi! You're killing it!
