Dancing on Ice star splits from boyfriend as show takes huge toll on relationship
EastEnders legend Charlie Brooks, who is currently competing in Dancing On Ice, has reportedly split from her boyfriend.
The 43 year old actress, best known for her role as Janine Butcher on the BBC soap, had fans thrilled when she revealed her relationship with advertising producer James Fuller last year.
However, it seems the couple have now parted ways as Charlie focuses on her Dancing On Ice commitments. A source told The Sun: "They're still really close but she wanted to concentrate on Dancing On Ice. It's very demanding and she's training six days a week. It's hard to keep a romantic relationship going with all the hard work she's putting in but they're still best friends."

OK! have reached out to Charlie's reps for comment.
In December, Charlie posted several photos on Instagram where she was seen getting cosy with a handsome, dark-haired man. The romance blossomed while Charlie was already in the thick of training for Dancing On Ice, and she captioned the images: "Shooting, skating and puppy love... That's a wrap! " Fans were delighted to see the actress flashing a radiant smile alongside James, who has worked on adverts for brands like Coca-Cola and Durex.
One fan commented: "Love the pics, so much love and fun in those photos."
According to the Daily Mail, Charlie and James were an item for quite some time before they bravely went public with their relationship. This marks Charlie's first foray into the public dating scene following her break up from former beau, Ben Hollington.
The soap star's love life saw its previous chapter close in 2018, after a loving six-year stint with Ben. Flashing back even further, she was once linked with Ibiza club mogul Tony Truman.
The former flames parted ways in 2007 but share a 20 year old daughter, Kiki.
This past weekend, viewers of Dancing On Ice witnessed an emotional moment when Charlie paid tribute to Kiki with her performance, which featured Kiki watching from rinkside. She elegantly skated to Someone Like You, a tune dear to her daughter's heart.
A nostalgic video showed a young Kiki sweetly singing the beloved song alongside Charlie's skating partner, Eric Radford. After the performance, Kiki couldn't hold back tears, showcasing her immense pride for her mother's ice escapades.
Previously on Loose Women, Charlie opened up about her motivation for venturing onto the slippery slopes of the perilous winter sport reality show, where stars contend for glory (and a trophy) on the ice. With a chuckle, she quipped: "I'm going to embrace the spray tan. All I want to do is enjoy it and try not to break my leg."
Opening up on the daytime panel show, Charlie shared some personal insights into her ice-skating background. She admitted: "I've skated when I was a kid and with mulled wine at Christmas. Until I get on the ice, I have no idea how I'm going to be. I'm not that strong. I'm not competitive, but it might come out in me and I want to have fun and not get injured."
