‘Tis the season! Not the one to be merry and bright (at least not yet), but the one where, despite the scorching temperatures, we all eagerly welcome fall flavors with fervor. No matter how you feel about pumpkin spice and other fall-favorite flavors, the time has come for PSLs, apple cider, and salted caramel to make their resurgence.

While we’re still waiting for Starbucks’ iconic pumpkin spice latte to make its triumphant return, we’ve heard many rumors about autumn menus at other fast food chains...one of those being Dairy Queen.

Just last week, DQ announced it would be serving the Reese's Pieces Cookie Dough Blizzard for a limited time. Now, the full fall line-up has been announced, and the best news is, we don’t have to wait that much longer before we can get our hands on all four fall Blizzards.

Dairy Queen's 2024 Fall Menu

This year, Dairy Queen’s fall Blizzard menu includes one all-new dessert, plus three returning fan favorites—and three limited-time options for those who might not be into the fall of it all.

We’ll get the big one out of the way first: Yes, the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard is returning. As is the French Silk Pie Blizzard and Oreo Fudge Brownie Blizzard.

Additionally, DQ will serve the Reese's Pieces Cookie Dough Blizzard, which is available now, and continue to serve the Salted Caramel Truffle Blizzard and Royal NY Cheesecake Blizzard throughout the fall.

Lastly—and maybe most excitedly—Dairy Queen is introducing the Caramel Java Chip Blizzard for the first time this year. The new fall Blizzard is made with coffee, chocolate espresso crunch pieces, and caramel, all blended into DQ’s famous soft serve.

You likely already know what’s in the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard as it’s been beloved since it joined menus in the early ‘90s, but in case you’ve forgotten, the fan-favorite is made with pumpkin pie pieces blended into soft serve and topped with whipped cream and nutmeg.

DQ’s other returning pie-flavored Blizzard, the French Silk Pie Blizzard, consists of chocolate chunks, pie pieces, and cocoa fudge in soft serve topped with whipped cream. The Oreo Fudge Brownie Blizzard starts with soft serve blended with real Oreo pieces, brownies, and cocoa fudge.

Dairy Queen’s four fall desserts will hit restaurants nationwide on Aug. 26, which means you can ring in fall just as you’re bidding farewell to summer on Labor Day.
