Crowds cheer as George and Amal Clooney arrive looking fairytale perfect

We may be desperate to catch a glimpse of Meghan Markle‘s wedding dress, but almost as eagerly awaited was Amal Clooney‘s outfit choice for today’s royal wedding.
And she hasn’t disappointed.
Arriving at St George’s chapel on the arm of her husband, George Clooney, Amal looked absolutely stunning in an elegant, canary yellow dress from Stella McCartney.
Though George looked undoubtedly dapper in a soft, grey suit and pale yellow tie, it was his wife Amal who stole the show.
Accessorised with a simple matching yellow hat, and heels, Amal’s tailored frock fell past her knees and was nipped in at the waist to accentuate her silhouette.
She accompanied the dress with a pair of towering, gold heels from Gianvito Rossi and a matching Stephen Jones yellow hat with a short, peek-a-boo veil and a simple clutch.

Keeping her dark locks in loose cascading curls Amal couldn’t stop smiling as she arrived at the event.
Since being thrown into the limelight following her marriage to George in September 2014, the human rights lawyer has been praised for her style almost as much as her intelligence.
From her chic workwear to the custom Oscar de la Renta gown she wore for her wedding day, Amal is always effortlessly elegant and never fails to deliver a flawless look.
And today’s outfit choice was no exception. Minutes after the couple arrived people took to Twitter to praise the lawyer’s look, with some already dubbing it the style success of the day.
