Courteney Cox’s itsy bitsy 90s micro-fringe is coming back to haunt her
Courteney Cox knows how to have a good ol' larf – but you Friends stans don't need me to tell you that. However, if you do need a little reminder (it is January, after all), just take a look at her most recent social media post where she is shown to be poking fun at her iconic bangs haircut from her appearance in the 90s horror film, Scream.
In what seemingly appears to be an everyday video reel post, the actor discusses home construction with her friend to then realise that he is wearing a hoodie with a graphic picture of herself from Scream printed onto it. Now, if you didn't already know, this was a time when Court sported extra exxxxtra short bangs, aka a micro-fringe like no other.
"[...] the bangs, it's embarrassing," she says, pleading him to take it off.
She then walks off to check on said construction work to find three more people wearing hoodies with graphics of her face; One is from her 80s bob on the '80s show Misfits of Science, one from her 'big hair' cameo in Friends and finally another of the iconic Scream cut. LOL.
The video has now amassed almost 200,000 likes and thousands of hilarious comments from fans. Read a select few of our faves below:
