Courteney Cox, 60, Crawls Out of a Freezer in Face Mask and Bikini as She Pokes Fun at Her Wellness Routine
The actress, who turned 60 on June 15, got real about her fitness rituals on Instagram
Courteney Cox is giving a behind-the-scenes look at her wellness routine — and poking fun at herself in the process. (We love a self-aware star!)
The Friends alum celebrated her 60th birthday on June 15, and she just peeled back the curtain on what she does to look and feel her best, including some very trendy practices.
“I just had a birthday. Don’t love the number, but look, we have no choice. You just gotta do the best you can,” Cox said in the July 7 post, which features clips of her doing various exercises, such as arm rows, squats, pull-ups and crunches.
For the fitness part of her video, the Homecourt co-founder bared her toned arms and abs in a black sports bra and leggings.

At the end of the clip, Cox is seen wearing a tiny black bikini as she steps out from what looks to be an industrial size freezer. She also has on a sheet mask and cap with red lights inside — a convenient way to get some light therapy in.
“What, it’s cryotherapy?” she says, referring to the treatment that, according to MedicalNewsToday, involves isolating in extremely cold temperatures in order to help reduce inflammation, lose weight and reduce anxiety among other benefits.

Cox is definitely no stranger to wellness trends.
Back in February, she shared a video taking a plunge in an ice bath, which she still managed to do in style thanks to the cobalt blue bikini she wore.

Why does she do it? "I thought I would hate it, but I love it so much. I feel great for hours afterward… the dopamine hit you get from it lasts a long time. Do it. Really, it’s worth it,” she said in a 2023 Glamour interview.
Cox, who is a Dermalogica partner, is also interested in trying any and all fads related to skincare, sharing in the same interview: “I’m the kind of person that will try all the lasers. They’re not rules, but I will try almost anything,” then admitting, “and I think a lot of them don’t work, at least for me.”
