Couple fund 10-year honeymoon by selling intimate photos together
For most of us, funding our honeymoons means a lot of hard grind at work. But for newlyweds Silke Muys, 31, and Kieran Shannon, 29, it was as simple as taking their clothes off.
The couple have satisfied their wanderlust by stripping off nude to take steamy nude or partially-nude photos in stunning backdrops – from hotels with their own private swimming pools, to eco-friendly luxe resorts, and frolics in jacuzzis with breath-taking views of the Himalayan mountains.
Their naked side hustle gives them the funds to be taking a phenomenal 10-year honeymoon around the world.
“We are living an amazing life,” says Shannon.
“We are now living in our dream and want to inspire others to catch the travelling bug," he adds.

Amazingly, the couple are managing to travel the world with an income of just £350 a month. They live off £7 a day by eating street food.
Most of their funds comes from selling nude shoots on Patreon – a content site – every Friday.
They also get put up in hotels by doing sponsored posts on Instagram, to the delight of their 55K+ followers.
“We want to spread body positivity and are both very comfortable in our skin," explains Shannon about the poses that range from intimate moments between the couple to impressive couples yoga.
The couple met in Spain and Kieran followed up their love-at-first-sight romance with a cute marriage proposal.
Shannon, from Gervin, Scotland, asked Muys to marry him, on top of the Quiriang in the Isle of Skye. They were working as models for a wedding photographer in Scotland and he surprised Muys by proposing on the shoot.

After their wedding day on the Isle of Skye in August 2021, they set off on adventures.
“We walked 500km across Skye and we thought how could we possible top that?,” says Shannon.
“We decided we would travel the world for 10 years for our honeymoon.”
First off was a 300-mile trek across Scotland, and Shannon and Muys have since travelled to Iceland, Spain, hitchhiked across the whole of Portugal, before three months in Sri Lanka, onto India, then Nepal and Thailand.
“Travelling the world and creating content is what we love most... apart from each other of course…,” say the couple, who share their adventures on social media under the handle @silkyrontheroad.
Next up is to travel from Chile to Alaska, as well as visiting Myanmar and Mongolia.
“We get to know each other better by sharing these magical moments together on top of mountains and beneath waterfalls,” says Muys.

"Everyday is an adventure,” she adds. “We lead such a beautiful life but we try to share the hard times too because it’s not always easy.
"It's amazing when hotels have us to stay for free but we love meeting new people from all over the world in hostels."

The travelling lifestyle isn’t always as glamorous as it seems on Instagram, insists Muys.
"We go for the cheapest place on Hostelworld and they're not always the nicest."
The couple also recall one rough 17 hours on a jam-packed train from India to Nepal.
“We couldn’t sit down for 17 hours as we were in general class and couldn’t get a sleeper," said Kieran.
“It was crazy. Our feet were on top of each other there was literally no space to move.”
So maybe don’t all rush to ditch your birthday suit just yet.
