The Countess of Wessex steps out looking smart and stylish for day one of Royal Ascot
The Countess of Wessex wowed in a silky maxi dress for the first day of Royal Ascot on Tuesday (15 June), as she joined other senior royals at the annual horse racing event.
Sophie's stunning oyster dress boasted a flattering v-neckline and long sleeves as well as waist-cinching tie detailing.
The royal coordinated her outfit perfectly by pairing it with a statement headpiece, chic clutch bag and classic heeled pumps, all in matching neutral tones. Even Sophie's face mask, worn to comply with current social distancing measures, came in the same Champagne shade.
Joining Sophie at Royal Ascot were the Tindalls with Zara making her first public appearance since giving birth to son Lucas in March.
The royal looked lovely in a long-sleeved mini dress in black and cream with a classic polka dot print, hailing from high street brand Me + Em. Her dress is still available to order online now for 250, if you're loving her look as much as we are.
Princess Anne also made an appearance in a lovely midnight blue ensemble, as well as Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall, who chose a pale blue outfit with a matching hat.
Her Majesty the Queen was absent from Ladies' Day, which kicked off the five-day meet in Ascot.
