HRH The Countess of Wessex stepped out looking chic in casual jeans for a day at the beach on Sunday (20 September), as she and her family took part in litter-picking.
Sophie was joined by Prince Edward and their two children, Lady Louise Windsor and James, Viscount Severn, for the volunteering engagement at Southsea Beach.
The royal wore a pair of blue jeans, paired with a floaty pink blouse and stylish white espadrilles for the occasion, before later adding a smart waterproof jacket and sunglasses to complete her outfit.
As we're sure you'll agree, Sophie's look was perfect for a September day at the British seaside, and she has certainly inspired our staycation wardrobes!
The family of four looked relaxed and happy as they took part in the Great British Beach Clean, where they helped local Southsea Beachwatch volunteers by litter-picking and also recording the items found for a beach survey.
The annual beach clean is run by the Marine Conservation Society. For 2020, it is encouraging all of us to take part in our own small, local beach cleans with friends and family, in line with the current government coronavirus guidelines.
