Connie and Colin the Caterpillar love a celebration. We're used to Halloween Colin's, Mother's Day Connie's, Valentine's pairs, so it's only natural that everyones favourite creepy crawly chocolate couple would get involved in the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Celebrations.

In the new Connie meets Corgi baked offering, Connie has had a regal makeover as Queen of the caterpillars, while accompanied by the cutest Corgi cake that we like to think is Colin's excellent costume for the event.

Sharing the new cake offering to Instagram, M&S wrote in the caption; "When you thought you'd seen it all... introducing Corgi meets Jubilee Connie the Caterpillar 😍 Pick up these limited-edition treats in store from Tuesday 17 May!"

Both cakes are the chocolate sponge rolls we know and love, with their traditional chocolate buttercream and milk chocolate casing, but now Connie is wearing a regal purple ceremonial royal robe with a fur trim, with a crown sat upon her sweet white chocolate face. The accompanying Corgi cake has a milk chocolate face with the cutest pink tongue detail and a Union Jack cape.

They're suitable for vegetarians and have a shelf life of five days, so can be bought in advance of your Jubilee Celebrations.

Priced at £12 for the pair, Connie Meets Corgi launched on Ocado and in M&S stores nationwide on 17 May. With 10 servings from each pair, they're perfect for smaller family celebrations or as part of a garden or street party spread, and are sure to delight children and adults alike.

ORDER NOW Connie meets Corgi, is available now at M&S and Ocado, £12.
