Claudia Winkleman styles the Marks & Spencer coat of the season
By now, we all know Claudia Winkleman as the queen of coats, thanks in no small part to the stunning collection she models in the Scottish Highlands while presenting BBC game show The Traitors.
So, when we spotted Claudia wearing a beautiful coat in the perfect shade of rich chocolate brown – the colour of the season – and then discovered that it was from no other than Marks & Spencer, we grabbed our bank cards immediately.
The always-stylish star, who recently signed on as an ambassador for the high-street giant, can be seen in the Textured Collared Longline Coat, £89, which is currently still available in almost all sizes from 6 to 24. However, it has been marked as the bestselling coat on the M&S website right now, so if you're considering adding it to your basket, don't hang about.
Claudia makes this hero coat look effortlessly chic, with her stylist Sinead McKeefry layering it over a preppy grey cardigan and skirt pairing. The finishing touch comes courtesy of a pair of school-girl-style brogues, which can actually be found in the M&S menswear section (Sinead always looks there first).
For a different look, try styling your coat with a tonal look of cosy chocolate and caramel hues. Or, simply throw it over denim, knitwear and trainers – its biggest joy is that it will go with everything you already have in your winter wardrobe.
