Cinq à Sept and Strathberry Collaborate on Prairie-inspired Handbag Collection

Cinq à Sept and Strathberry are joining forces for a prairie-inspired handbag collection.

The New York-based contemporary label and Edinburgh-based luxury accessories brand, respectively, have teamed up on an eight-piece handbag collection that takes inspiration from Cinq à Sept’s upcoming fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection, which centers on an American prairie vibe.

“Strathberry is renowned for its quality and craftsmanship,” said Cinq à Sept designer Jane Siskin. “In speaking with the team, I knew they would honor the inspiration behind the design and create a beautiful product that felt cohesive with the entirety of our collection. We both have an international presence, but saw this as an exciting opportunity to blend our unique cultures, and expand awareness to even more people across the world, inviting them to experience everything both Cinq à Sept and Strathberry have to offer.”

The collection reimagines some of Strathberry’s bestselling silhouettes in dark hues and suede fabrics to fit the American prairie inspiration. The styles are also designed with fringe detailing, stud work and metallic embroidery.

“Although we may have an ocean between us, the design process, from conceptualization to prototype, was seamless and natural,” said Leeanne Hundleby, cofounder of Strathberry. “Each brand had creative priorities that we wanted to emphasize in each bag — Strathberry with our iconic Music Bar and popular silhouettes, Cinq à Sept with rich textures to mirror their fall 2025 ready-to-wear and footwear collections. We are equally proud of the final result and feel it’s an equal representation of both brands.”

This is Cinq à Sept’s latest category expansion. Last year, the brand introduced its footwear collection, which has been growing season to season.

Cinq à Sept and Strathberry’s handbag collection will be available globally starting this September both in store and online through the brands. Styles range in price from $238 to $675.
