Chrissy Teigen has shared a picture and a video of her breasts to Instagram, to prove that she had her implants removed, saying that people have been suggesting that she did not have the surgery.

Taking to her Instagram stories over the weekend Chrissy shared a video showing her surgery scars after her implant removal procedure last month saying that people were asking her friends if she had had the surgery, suggesting that she hadn't.

"A few of my friends keep having to tell people that I really got my implants out, because no-one believes it. These are the scars," she explained, lifting up the bottom of her orange bikini top to show a scars on each breast.

In the story, she also shared a picture of her breasts during the procedure, along with the caption, "trust me lol".

Chrissy announced the decision to remove her implants back in May with a gorgeous black and white topless picture of herself (her nipples were strategically covered with heart emojis, because the social media app still hasn't gotten around to #FreeingTheNip).

Chrissy captioned the picture with an explanation as to how she came to the decision, saying she's "over" her implants. Importantly, she did so without body shaming those who may still want to opt in for surgery - because: your body, your choice.

She also shared a picture of her breasts directly after the procedure, which seems like proof enough really doesn't it.

Chrissy seems to have recovered well from her surgery last month, and has been back to her classic hilarious self, she even took time out of her busy schedule of dragging people on Twitter to break down her entire skincare routine for us. The dream.
