Chrishell Stause responds to claims Justin Hartley is married again
Selling Sunset's Chrishell Stause has responded to rumours ex-husband Justin Hartley is married again, after he was spotted wearing a matching ring with his new girlfriend.
Earlier this week, the This Is Us actor made his red carpet debut with Sofia Pernas at the MTV Movie & TV Awards, a year after they first announced they were dating. Thanks to their matching rings, many fans speculated they had secretly tied the knot and are actually married.
A source at PEOPLE then confirmed they had "recently" become husband and wife, before an insider at Entertainment Tonight claimed to know how his ex-wife Chrishell Stause was feeling. "[She thinks] things happened pretty fast between Justin and Sofia," they commented.
"She is a little surprised by their marriage. Chrishell is trying to stay positive and busy. She is focused on her real estate career, filming Selling Sunset, and surrounding herself with good friends and loved ones."
Now, Chrishell has hit back at the report, insisting she hasn't spoken out about Justin's new marriage, and her social media is the only place she ever would. "I see 'sources' are speaking for me," she wrote on Instagram Stories. "If I have something to say, I will say it here. If it's not on my page, it didn't come from me. #booksandunbothered."
Chrishell and Justin were married for two years before he filed for divorce at the end of 2019. He then started dating Sofia in May 2020, and the pair went Instagram official in January 2021.
