Cheryl Tiegs is still a bombshell at 71: See her then and now
She was our biggest crush in the 1980s -- and we're still crushing on her today! Cheryl Tiegs is now 71 years old, and -- unsurprisingly -- she's still hotter than we'll ever be.
It's been nearly forty years since Tiegs posed in a white fishnet swimsuit for Sports Illustrated in 1978. (Yes, for those who don't recall, it's as revealing as it sounds.) Her modeling career skyrocketed from there: In addition to her SI spreads, she graced the cover of People four times and, in 2012, Men's Health named her one of the 100 Hottest Women of All Time.
Although her beauty is certainly remarkable, Tiegs is even more beloved for her philanthropy work. She's made her voice heard for environmental protection, the Farrah Fawcett Foundation, reproductive rights and several other important causes.
Tiegs has a famously rocky romantic past, with four marriages under her belt. She divorced her fourth husband, Rod Stryker, in 2001 -- "The last one doesn't count; it was so not a marriage," she has said -- and she has three children: Zachary, 25, and twins Jaden and Theo, both 17. Stryker has reportedly had full custody of the twins for years, leading to much speculation about the details of their split.
Tiegs certainly isn't the only '70s bombshell still looking great these days. Take a look at Sophia Loren's transformation through the years:
