Charlotte Tilbury achieves a historic milestone as the first beauty brand to collaborate with the F1 Academy

Beauty mogul Charlotte Tilbury has been announced as an official partner of the F1 Academy, in a move that is the first ever global sports sponsorship of its kind.

The collaboration between Charlotte Tilbury and the F1 Academy embodies their mutual mission to empower individuals worldwide to embrace confidence. Leveraging its global platform, Charlotte Tilbury will spotlight F1 Academy's exceptional female drivers, such as French native Lola Lovinfosse, nurturing their careers and highlighting their achievements to inspire broader awareness of the opportunities within this amazing sport for women.

Currently 40% of F1 fans are female, contributing to a total 2022 season viewership of over 1.5bn. Both brand and are hoping to capitalise on this and drive new fans to the sport.

Launched in 2023 marked the F1 Academy is an ambitious new project from Formula 1 to develop and prepare female drivers to progress to higher levels of competition. The category is designed to give drivers access to more track time, racing and testing, as well as support with technical, physical, and mental preparations. It will provide young talent in junior categories with access to the fundamental level of experience needed to progress to Formula 3 and join the Road to F1.

2024's plans for the academy include utilising Charlotte Tilbury to raise awareness of the F1 Academy’s fifteen inspiring young drivers, who are all aged 16-25. A "Charlotte Tilbury Rodin car has been designed with its livery, helmet, and racing suit featuring the beauty brand's signature night crimson and rose gold colour ways. The iconic Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips icon and Charlotte’s empowerment mantra "Makeup Your Destiny!" will also be emblazoned on the car and set to drive it will be Lovinfosse.
