DON’T believe in preventative Botox

“A big issue for me is girls in their 20s and 30s having Botox and fillers as a preventative treatment. This can be super detrimental to the health of the muscles and skin tissue.”

DON’T forget to double cleanse

“The biggest mistake I see women making is not cleansing the skin properly. Double cleansing is super important. It is also really essential to use a toner.”

DON’T be afraid of acids

“Being afraid of skincare acids is another mistake – they can actually be so important to the hydration of the skin, as well as peels, which can reset and correct the skin.”

DON’T let self-tan clog your pores

DO take skin supplements
