Cecilie Bahnsen, Wales Bonner and Gabriela Hearst are among the new names to join PFW schedule
As the fashion world awaits the spring/summer 2021 collections and the first ready-to-wear women's season to take place since the coronavirus pandemic began, the
Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode has announced some of the exciting new additions to the Paris Fashion Week schedule.
In a statement released yesterday, the organisation revealed that 10 new designers would be joining the schedule. The list reads as: Ami, Cecilie Bahnsen, Enfants Riches Deprimés, Ester Manas, Gabriela Hearst, Mossi, Situationist, S.R Studio LA.CA, Vejas and Wales Bonner.
Many of the designers are joining from the New York, London and Copenhagen Fashion Week schedules. It has not yet been revealed which of these new additions will be holding traditional catwalk shows, but it has been confirmed that Paris Fashion Week is set to take place from 28 September to 6 October and will see a mix of physical and digital presentations.
