Meet the "cartoon-like" baby who was born with a full mop of hair - so luscious it's mistaken for a wig. Ruby Jean, one, surprised everyone when she arrived with over an inch of jet black hair. Parents Anjel Murphy, 33, and her husband, Matt, 29, from Nashville, Tennessee, USA adore their adopted daughter's locks and have let it grow half way down her back. They say Ruby gets lots of attention with strangers asking to touch it and to take a photo.
