Carrie Underwood may be the main act of her Las Vegas residency, but her legs are stealing the show! The country star, 40, looked stronger than ever on stage Wednesday night, as she sang her heart out and strutted her stuff.

The American Idol alum shared a carousel of photos from her most recent show to Instgram—and she looks amazing in every. single. one. In the first pic, the "Before He Cheats" singer rocked a silver mini dress with matching boots that showed off her incredibly toned legs. Carrie’s pronounced thigh and calf muscles were popping as she belted hits from center stage.

In another photo, Carrie wore a pair of short shorts, showing off her strength once again.

“Some fun photos from the show last night! Only 2 more left this year! Time flies when you’re having fun. #Reflection @resortsworldlv #Vegas 📸: @jeffjohnsonimages,” Carrie captioned the photos.

Carrie’s fans obviously loved the entire performance, but they couldn't help but notice her fit bod, hyping her up in the comments. “My God....the legs.🔥,” wrote one person. “QUEEN! 🔥👸,” added another.

If you’re wondering what the “Denim and Rhinestones” singer does to stay fit, Women’s Health has all the details. The country star’s legendary legs come from intense gym sessions with her trainer Eve Overland. And even though Carrie is always extra busy when she's on tour, the "If I Didn't Love You" singer has a set routine that ensures she gets her workouts in, Overland previously told Women's Health. “Carrie prioritizes her time to work out. That is her 'me time' to do something she truly enjoys and to start her day on a positive note.”

So what does that "me time" look like? Typically about 90-minute sessions almost every day—and Carrie’s workouts are pretty advanced. The "Somethin' Bad" singer usually warms up with a 15-minute jog, before moving on to a cardio set of four exercises. She does toe taps, box squats, touchdowns, and box jumps for 30 seconds each, and then takes 10 seconds of rest. She repeats this three to four times... as a warmup.

Carrie then moves on to strength training supersets, which she does three times. One example includes pull-ups, kneeling single-arm cable lat pulldowns, renegade dumbbell rows, and forearm planks, Overland told WH. Carrie then does another cardio burst, before moving on to her second and third supersets. All are filled with compound exercises meant to target multiple body parts at once, her trainer shared.

Her leg work includes moves like Bulgarian split squats, where the back leg rests on a bench so both are engaged, and box jumps. “She loves to push her body. She continues to grow by trying new things and practices until it is mastered. She is a machine,” Overland said of Carrie's dedication to fitness.

When it comes to fueling up for her performances and workouts, Carrie previously told Women's Health that she is a “wannabe vegan.” She’ll start her day with a tofu scramble, Ezekiel toast, berries, and coffee. For lunch, Carrie has Tofurky, tomato, avocado, red onion, spinach, and mustard sandwich. Dinner is usually roasted veggies, a piece of vegan chicken, or tofu stir-fry!

Enjoy your last two shows, Carrie, you're crushing it!
