My can't-live-without ghd hair straightener is on sale for a limited time only
Black Friday is the best time of year to score the wish list items you can never seem to justify splurging on – and if you're like me, this will usually feature one of ghd's coveted hot tools.
ghd's Black Friday sale is officially live and, as the seasoned shopper that I am, I've never seen deals quite this generous. Until Cyber Monday (2nd of December), the brand has launched a 25% off site-wide sale across its whole range. And that's not all, the Black Friday sale also includes a free gift with certain purchases and I'm still expecting to see some bigger flash deals as we inch closer to the 29th of November.

Chronos
ghd, Duet Blowdry
This still feels surreal to say, but I was one of the first people to get my hands on the ghd Duet Blowdry – the brand's latest innovation – and I instantly fell in love.
The wet-to-dry gizmo cuts my styling time in half; in just two or three passes the barrel smooths and adds volume, and does so without burning my ends. As for the result, it truly is a professional blow-out at home. The combination of heated air and ceramic plates bring endless body to limp roots and it also helps to cut back on frizz.
Our Beauty Editor, Perdita Nouril is a huge fan too: 'It's a big yes from me, anything that streamlines my routine, gives me bounce and volume and is something that I can chuck in a gym back or hang luggage, is a winner.'

This one's for you jet-setters out there. Our Beauty Editor, Perdita, is a huge fan of the ghd Mini Straightener as it's the perfect tiny tool for precise styling (think, curtain bangs or fringes). Plus with 40% smaller plates it can easily be stored into your carry-on and taken on the go.
As for the technology, size isn't indicative to performance in this instance. The Dual-Zone technology features a heater system to ensure the styler reaches 185˚C, resulting in a sleek and frizz-free finish.
