Few events bring more joy into a household than the birth of your first child. However, the transition from being a couple to being parents can be a difficult one.

Once the baby is born, it can be tricky to find time for yourselves and your partner, your sex life may be put on hold and you’ll need to agree on how to best bring up your child.
