Nothing says ‘I love you’ more than a Big Mac and hot side of salt-laden fries.

So what better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than with a three-course meal at McDonald’s?

Yes, the fast food giant is offering couples the chance to feast on its finest cuisine this February 14th in Newcastle’s Metrocentre. And with confetti-strewn tables and a candle-lit atmosphere, what more could you possibly want?

For starters, guests can choose from the likes of a box of Chicken Bites or carrot sticks dipped in Philadelphia cheese.

Which leaves plenty of room for the main course, as customers will be given the choice of a Big Mac, Chicken Legend, Fillet-O-Fish or Signature Collection burger.

But if you really want to ramp up the romance, why not share 20 chicken nuggets over candlelight?

Just make sure to save yourself for dessert, as the fast food chain’s signature McFlurry or hot apple pie will be up for grabs.

So if you’re planning on treating your other half this Valentine’s Day, make sure to hurry as the venue is available to book from 7-9pm by email (customerservices@akhanmcdonalds.com).

And there’ll certainly be no nasty surprises when the bill arrives, as the set menu will cost a cool £20. Convinced yet?

The news comes after food chain rival, Greggs, also offered couples the chance to enjoy a four-course meal on Valentine’s Day at one of its pastry shops.
