It’s official: you can now tie the knot at one of the nation’s most beloved pubs, JD Wetherspoons.

Yes, the chain made famous for its boozy pitchers and hangover-soothing English breakfast is now offering brides-to-be the chance to walk down the aisle at their local for just £3,000.

The all-inclusive deal enables 100 close friends and family to attend the nuptials and offers exclusive hire of the venue until 1am.

Other perks worth noting include a live DJ, sparkling wine designed for toasting, a three-course sit-down meal (or buffet) and an after-party with the capacity to host up to 300 guests.

If any soon-to-be newlyweds out there are interested in securing the venue, Knights Templar in London is currently the only Wetherspoons which holds a wedding licence.

But it just so happens that the former banker hall is also one of the jazziest branches of the mega-chain.

So if you fancy treating your other half to a Valentine’s Day surprise, make sure to hurry as the venue is bound to be snapped up fast.
