Cameron Diaz shows us how low-key partywear is done
With Christmas just a few weeks away, sequins, bows and velvet are slowly taking over the high-street.
And while we love a classic sequin dress and dressing up as much as the next person, we're always on the lookout for outfit ideas that are not overtly festive, with pieces that we can wear all winter long while still feeling polished. Enters Cameron Diaz.
The Charlie's Angels star made an appearance at the 2024 Elle's Women in Hollywood celebration in Los Angeles on Wednesday (20 November) - and we can't get enough of how effortlessly elegant she looked.
The actor, who will soon be returning to our screens in the action-comedy Back in Action alongside Jamie Foxx, wore an all-black ensemble with a fitted, long-sleeve sequin top and a matching A-line skirt. She completed her look with a pair of classic kitten heels and wore her wavy blonde hair loose with a statement red lip.
What we love most about Cameron's look is how she matched black sequins with an elegant A-line skirt, which is an absolute wardrobe staple. Low-key yet elegant and festive without the fuss, it's a look that works for party season and beyond.

At the event, Cameron also reunited and posed for pictures with her former co-star Demi Moore. The pair starred together in Charlie's Angels, alongside Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu.
