Brittany Mahomes Welcomes Some Unexpected Workout Partners: 'Hello!'

In Instagram Stories posts shared by the former soccer player, 29, and her personal trainer on Monday, March 3, the fitness queen couldn’t help but be amused by some other "queens" that showed up to their workout session: a half-dozen hens!

“The queen @brittanylynne is back and with the other queens,” Nike global trainer Betina Gozo Shimonek wrote over a video of her client, adding several laughing and a chicken emoji.

Shimonek greeted the birds by saying “Hello” in the clip before laughing.

Her upload was a repost from Mahomes, who wrote “Back in the gym with a side of chickens” on her video, tagging her trainer.

The mother of three could be seen flexing her arm muscle in a two-piece workout set in a garage before the camera panned over to her six feathered friends.

The Sports Illustrated model and her husband Patrick Mahomes are mom and dad to daughter Sterling Skye, 4, son Patrick "Bronze" Lavon III, 2, and daughter Golden Raye Mahomes, whom the couple recently welcomed on Jan. 12.

Brittany has always taken her fitness seriously.

Ahead of Golden’s arrival, she would often share content on her social media showing her workouts, especially the routines when she had to improvise.

“The best workouts,” Brittany wrote over a Jan. 1 Instagram Story of her lifting weights while Sterling sat on top of her head.

She laughed in the photo as her baby girl rested in pink pajamas, while Bronze gazed at them both while sitting on the floor. The mom wore a cream-colored crew neck paired with some blue leggings as she worked on her fitness goals with her two kids.

It seems that Brittany’s workouts have been paying off.

In Instagram Stories posted in late February, she revealed that she was being featured in her first commercial.

“Work trip with my boo & he's got the goods🤣,” the first of several Stories began.

The photo showed the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, also 29, sitting beside her in the back of a vehicle for the ride as he held two containers of her breast milk.

Next was a mirror selfie that read, “Team Britt first commercial shoot 🥹😍.”

Before the day was done, Brittany also joked about kicking Patrick out of her trailer as the high school sweethearts, who married in 2022, each had their own rooms to get ready in.
