Britney Spears gets new butter blonde hair following the end of conservatorship
After a 13-year conservatorship that controlled personal, professional, and financial decisions and years of legal battles, Britney Spears is finally free.
Shortly after the news was announced, the singer posted a viral video of her fans celebrating and dancing in the streets with pink confetti flying.
Alongside the uplifting post, she wrote: “Good God I love my fans so much it’s crazy 🥺❤️ !!! I think I’m gonna cry the rest of the day !!!! Best day ever … praise the Lord … can I get an Amen 🙏🏼☀️🙌🏼 ???? #FreedBritney”.
She then followed up her post with a series of gorgeous pictures, which included Brit rocking a hair refresh with a new shade of butter blonde.
Her go-to hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos reposted one of the pictures, writing: “B R I T N E Y 💕 New butter blonde LOCKS for @britneyspears by urs truly”.
While the look isn't a drastic change, Britney's hair colour has been lifted from platinum blonde to a softer blonde that mixes warm and cool tones – perfect for winter.
Dimitris’ post was flooded with comments praising how great Britney’s hair looked and one user even commented: “Good work Dimitri, she must be feeling glorious ❤”
