Everyone noticed that New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll looked very different before the 2024 season -- he had lost 50 pounds.

The secret? He said it was ... Pilates! Back before the season, Giants GM Joe Schoen told Kay Adams that he "fell in love" with the practice and you can see the difference.

And when asked by a reporter to talk about it, he said he was having dinner and noticed a Pilates place in New Jersey. After some initial soreness, he then started going regularly, although he did note that with the season starting up, it might be tougher for him to do Pilates.

There you have it!
