“I miss you and our Parisian adventures. Love you so much!” Song added at the bottom of the photo.
The image showed the ladies smiling as they stood beside one another. Jackson, who was noticeably taller, rested her head on Song's head.
The 26-year-old is the daughter of the late Michael Jackson, and the goddaughter of Song’s fiancé Macaulay Culkin.
And the Social Network actress, who recently celebrated a birthday of her own on March 27, wasn’t the only one who showed Jackson some love on her special day.
Jackson's Instagram Stories were filled with reposts of messages that had been shared online by her loved ones.
Hotel heiress Paris Hilton honored the birthday girl with a photo of the two hugging each other.

English TV personality and magazine editor Vas J Morgan shared a few sweet words, calling her “a light in my life.”
“You have literally held my hand through the darkest times and danced with me in the brightest,” he wrote of their friendship.
Others who wished Jackson a happy birthday included Evan Ross, the son of Diana Ross, who shared a selfie of himself and the model. Her older brother Prince Jackson also shared an adorable photo of the two together as babies.
He added heart emojis to the post.
Jackson, Prince, 27, and their other brother Bigi Jackson (formerly known as Blanket), 22, recently had a rare sibling night out at the preview night of MJ: The Musical at the Prince Edward Theatre in London on March 27.
The trio posed for photos together on the red carpet at the event.
The musical, which praises The King of Pop as “one of the greatest entertainers of all time,” promises to go “beyond the singular moves and signature sound of the star, offering a rare look at the creative mind and collaborative spirit that catapulted Jackson into legendary status.”
In August 2023, for what would have been Michael’s 65th birthday, Prince and Bigi hosted a Q&A for fans at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino — home of the Cirque du Soleil show Michael Jackson ONE.
Although Jackson was not present with her brothers in Las Vegas, she paid tribute to her father during a show at the Las Colonias Park Amphitheater in Colorado.
