Bradley Cooper’s Daughter Lea Just Made Her Red Carpet Debut In The Most Adorable Way
With parents as famous as Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk, it was only a matter of time before the former couples’ daughter made her red carpet debut, and the time finally arrived last night at the Los Angeles premiere for his latest film, Maestro.
Billed by Netflix as a ‘towering and fearless love story,’ Maestro is ‘a love letter to life and art’ that at its core is an ‘emotionally epic portrayal of family and love’ that chronicles the lifelong relationship between esteemed conductor Leonard Bernstein, played by Cooper, and his wife, the actress Felicia Montealegre Bernstein, played by Carey Mulligan.
According to IMDb, six-year-old Lea also features in the film, which Cooper also directed, as a younger version of Maya Hawke's character, Jamie Bernstein.
Showing her support for Lea and Cooper, Shayk uploaded two photos to her Instagram. The first was a promotional black and white Maestro poster, under which she wrote: 'Congrats @maestrofilm So proud Daddy and Lea.'
While the second showed the back of Lea's head as she sat in a dark cinema while the name 'Lea pictures,' which is the name of Cooper's production company, was illuminated on the screen.
Shayk only had glowing things to say about Cooper as a parent in an interview with ELLE US in November 2023. Shayk, who he is believed to have split from Cooper in 2019, explained that both her and the Silver Linings Playbook star came from 'normal backgrounds,' and want to give Lea as normal a childhood as possible.
Neither Shayk nor Cooper has ever employed a nanny and, despite their work commitments, one of them has always walked with Lea to school in New York City. 'He’s the best father Lea and I could dream of. It always works, but it always works because we make it work,’ she said.
Cooper, meanwhile, is rumoured to have moved on from Shayk with Gigi Hadid. The pair have been spotted on a string of dates together around New York City in recent months, with a source telling Daily Mail that Cooper 'hasn't felt this excitement about a woman in a very long time.'
